We have always tried to accomodate all types of customers so we have decided to make it clear on which file formats are available for Advanced users. IMPORTANT : This is an optional extra and needs to be ordered in conjunction with our standard scanning service. Due to the file sizes this option is excluded from our free USB and cloud gallery offering but you will still receive these free extras for the included enhanced jpeg files and your tiff or dng files as a free download.
