You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.

Send items back to us by post.

You pay the cost of sending items back.

Exceptions

The general 30-day returns policy excludes our scanning, digitisation and restoration services where statutory cancellation exemptions apply. Personalised products, including USB drives, DVDs and other media containing customers' images, videos or recordings, are also excluded where applicable. Completed services may be exempt from cancellation rights. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods or services.
