Yes! We can scan your negatives in groups, each with its own short title. Files can be labelled by roll, group, title or year, according to your instructions. We simply ask that titles are kept short and groups contain a reasonable number of negatives, as we cannot individually name every negative.

However we offer a UK wide collection service and you can choose the collection day at checkout. Its easy and also free if the order is over £100 or just £5.99 for small orders.

Absolutely! Great care is taken throughout the scanning process. Its all carried out by hand so we will notice any broken or damaged ones immediately and deal with them accordingly. There are no extra charges for this.

We have made it as safe and easy as possible. All you need to do is add collection including the day in the shipping section at checkout. The carrier will come with a tracked label on the day and we will email all the specifics once you have place the order.

you pay just a deposit of £10, choose a collection day and we make all the arrangments. You then pay the balance once your project is complete and we have the totals. Saves counting them!

Yes. This section is for small negative so any small negative film in singles, strips or rolls are accepted. We have a vast array of dedicated high resolution negative scanners which allows us to accept all types with no extra charges. Most companies dont.

Absolutley not! Apart from making sure you have a clean edge crop to your images you will not lose any part of the image. We have a vast array of dedicated high resolution negative scanners which allows us to scan any type of old photographic material in full. Lots of other companies can only scan a 35mm sized part of your larger negative. We would find this unacceptable.

Yes for colour negatives. This infared non contact technolgy for helping to remove blemishes and scratches compliments our cleaning, corrections, repairs and enhancements which are standard.
This technology doesnt work on black & white negatives but retouching and repairing is still included.

Every piece is individually scanned, checked and carefully adjusted to ensure an accurate reproduction of the original work. Where required, we can also correct perspective, straighten edges and make minor adjustments to achieve a clean, professional result without altering the character of your artwork.

Yes, we physically clean any loose dust and debris from each and every negative. For this we use clean air blowers and specalist photographic brushes.

We can do better than that. Along with the physical cleaning we try and remove all types of issues like mold, scratches & more using comprehensive photoshop retouching and repair techniques.

No as we provide 2 sets of images (both before adjustments and after) as a fast cloud download for at least 90 days. Optional USBs and Reprints are a great gift though, even for yourself.

File sizes are typically between 10–25 MB each, supplied in high-quality JPEG format with minimal compression. We can also provide additional sets of reduced-size images on request at no extra charge.
